With their completely re-designed SL, Mercedes-Benz is continuing a tradition that began 60 years ago. Under the slogan "The new SL. Athlete. Aesthete." we have been commissioned to develop the event outline for the planning and realisation of a VIP launch event to introduce the new SL to the field sales organisation. Starting from an analysis of their buyer profile and adjusted to the strategic aims of the launch campaign, we have developed a modular event design, which – aside from the highlights provided by the car itself – concentrates on framing the event artistically around the athletic and aesthetic sides of the new SL.- Customer

lekker Energie's

Together we're a team
inflame has organised the biggest company party in the history of major German electricity supply company, lekker Energie. We created an event design to promote teamwork, uniting the Berlin and Heinsberg units of the company. After an eventful and contrast-rich GPS rally, a nationwide handball league was held: it was won by the yellow energy block's "Berliner Foxes." Then it was time for the lekker party to begin: The old boilerhouse of the Kulturbrauerei (a former brewery) in Prenzlauer Berg was supplied with the energy of lekker's staff until late into the night.- Customer

Pulse of a new generation
As star of the IAA 2011, the A-Class concept also set the tone for the sales force motivational concept. Inspired by the slogan of the new A-Class concept car and by it’s stand at the Fair, a strategic concept was developed whose effect was right on target. Under the slogan "Pulse Beat", staff took the role of a fictitious band: From dress rehearsal to live appearance to encore, an inspiring sense of excitement was created that filled the whole of the fair, and finished up fittingly with a traditional evening to say a big thanks to everyone involved in the effort.

Unimog
Anniversary celebration
inflame was entrusted with the concept design, planning and realisation of the Unimog 60th Anniversary celebrations – a very special kind of public event. Under the slogan "Fans & Friends", a balanced, varied and informative program was put together for the large Unimog community. Thus, for example, the rally in which 60 historical and new Unimogs took part, the live presentation of the Unimog design studio or the look behind the scenes at the production plant provided fascination throughout the day for the more than 15,000 visiting Unimog friends from all over Europe. Under the Unimog motto "mehr bewegen" ("move more"), the kids got their share of the action, receiving their children's driving licence or riding on the carousel. After bidding farewell under the setting sun, the Unimog fans and friends, as well as the Unimog team, will treasure fond memories of the anniversary for a long time to come.

In May 2011 eight one-day training sessions were held in eight German cities, in each of which 45 top salespeople took part. Participants learnt new sales pitches and had the opportunity to prove their sales talents and powers of persuasion in team competitions. The points thus won were carried over to a second round in the form of bonus laps in a cart race. The winning team of the day was decided by an exciting race and crowned in an awards ceremony. As a memento, each participant received a certificate and a DVD containing the best photos of an unforgettable sporting and energising training event.

For the third time, inflame was entrusted with the conceptualisation and execution of DKV EURO SERVICE's International Sales Conference. This year it visited a European neighbour: The destination on this occasion was the beautiful Portuguese port of Lisbon, whose Mediterranean atmosphere provided the perfect setting for the event. The company's growth prospects provided the central topic of the event. On top of the fascinating conference topics they discussed, participants also got involved in an action-packed team-building challenge: Teams were set exciting tasks to complete on three Carrera model race tracks. In the evening participants enjoyed the incomparable charm of Lisbon ─ relishing exquisite fare, whether at the elegant gala dinner or at John Malkovich's restaurant, a real insider's secret!

Kick Off Event
Only 60 km from Hamburg, the Center Parcs at Bispinger Heath is located in the heart of the Lüneburger Heath in Lower Saxony. The combination it offers of natural surroundings and a wide range of outdoor and indoor activities provided the ideal setting for a successful kick-off event for the year 2011. More than 200 employees from Germany, India, Ukraine, and the USA experienced a widely varied conference and team-building programme in the course of their three-day stay at the Center Parcs. Apart from the informative and inspirational content of the sessions for the coming business year, participants enjoyed a tropical party at 28 degrees Celsius, a Gala evening with live music and an exciting team rally involving a wide range of activities all over the holiday park.

Mission Possible for Samsung Salesman.
An exciting stunt show was the prelude to the Incentive Event on the occasion of the German Samsung Wave Sales Competition which was carried out in all participating T-Partner Shops in specialist outlets for mobile telecommunications. After a thrilling sales race the 60 participants were amazed as they experienced an entire day as a stuntman and were able to learn from professional stuntmen who have already starred in Hollywood blockbusters such as Inglorious Basterds. For the participants it was thus pure action as they acted as agents in a secret mission. Fighting, shooting, falling, burning or abseiling from the roof like in Mission Impossible – what could be a better acknowledgement of the own sales achievements? Captured in sound and image, family and friends were also able to take part in this staged action film at the stunt workshop in Frankfurt.- Customer

“The fabulous 50‘s – with music, charm and Mercedes.” Under this motto Mercedes-Benz invited visitors to a taxi evening in the style of the 50‘s on the occasion of the European Taxi Fair 2010. In the “Feierabendhaus Knapsack” inflame staged a journey through the 50‘s. The vehicle displays were amongst the highlights, for example an original Ponton taxi and a 190 SL cabriolet. The 400 guests celebrated with rock ‘n’ roll music and cocktail classics which were accompanied by delicious food in the style of the ‘50s, live music as well as a performance by the legendary Ted Herold, the German Elvis Presley.

At the IAA Commercial vehicles 2010 Daimler AG was for the first time fully represented with brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Setra and Fuso. The stand formed the ideal backdrop for six evening events that in their various ambitions ranged from the gala evening through to the After-Work Party. The agency was entrusted with the entire conception, coordination and realisation of the evening event. inflame developed a comprehensive basic concept which created synergy and at the same time left room for individualism. During the one-hour rebuilding of the stand, elegant dinner setups and stylish lounge areas were erected on the trade fair stand. A total of 3,000 guests enjoyed the highlights, live performances and visual effects of a special kind for six evenings, all accompanied by delicious meals.

With the central theme "heart beat", inflame conceptualised and showcased a yearly kick-off conference in Berlin for BERLIN-CHEMIE AG. 400 sales representatives of "heart circulation" products were inspired and motivated by this multi-faceted staff information event. For one day the large ballroom of the Pullmann Hotel Schweizerhof was transformed into a waiting room of famous doctors, in which digital showcases combined with appearances from actors to surprise the audience. Characters such as Dr. House known from the famous US TV series and Dr. Ross from Emergency Room demonstrated in a playful manner the USP’s of the products and made the audience’s hearts beat faster for BERLIN-CHEMIE.- Customer

A picture – the yearly kick-off event in Berlin represented unity and closeness. Due to the merger of the Commerzbank AG and the Dresdner Bank 800 employees in the Elbe-Spree area were invited to begin the new year together. inflame accompanied the event in the "Postbahnhof" with an artistic performance which surprised, fascinated and unified all of the participants. The artist Gudrun Rossman created from 1000 small canvases one cohesive masterpiece, it stretched over 6x9 metres and depicted the Elbe-Spree area. The staff members separated each one of the 1000 pieces from each other using spatulas and pure strength; at the end each guest was able to take their favourite piece back to their own branch.- Customer

The private initiative "Transformation Deutschland" shows young people between the ages of 16 and 20 how they can find their way and become successful despite all adversities. inflame developed a fascinating concept for a weekend workshop in which the spirit of optimism and the thrill of one's own future were clear themes. The auditorium of the John-Lennon-Gymnasium in Berlin was transformed into a labyrinth which symbolized the diversity of choices available to young people and instilled them with courage to take the first step into the future right now. On their way through the labyrinth, quotes and colorful images inspired the participants to be confident and to make independent choices.- Customer

For the DKV sales event 2009, 130 salespeople from ten European countries were invited for three exciting and informative days together in Düsseldorf. This years venue was chose by the service providers in the transport branch, with Düsseldorf being where the company headquarters is located. Inflame created a corresponding brand concept, an information packed session with a team building program to mix things up and bring the guests closer to the companies. During a drum workshop involving unusual "non-instruments" the participants developed an active interaction within the group and with excursions into the surrounding areas were able to make exciting discoveries about the local industrial culture. The high-point of the event was the gala dinner featuring the now eagerly awaited drum performance!- Customer

With its new DDT5000, Dräger has added a new chapter to the field of quick drug detection devices. Inflame developed a concept to present the DDT5000 that was exclusively related to the product itself. It’s so simple to use, in five short steps you can detect a substance. The concept was taken by inflame to be the theme of the entire event. On a trip to five exciting places which mirror the locations where the DDT5000 is to be installed, the participants had the opportunity to experience exactly how the device is used. At the end of the event, a five course meal was served, whereby each course appealed to one of the senses. The guests had the unique opportunity to intensify and intrigue their senses in a remarkable way.- Customer

inflame co-ordinated the national dealer conference in Berlin 2006. The introduction of the new management team for Volvo Car Germany and effective motivation and innovation for the model were the focus of the event. After the dealer conference the participants experienced in full the "New Volvo Family", the youthful, ambitious and aspiring Volvo C30 target group: The U3 tunnel at Potsdamer Platz was the venue for the evening and was transformed into a cool, modern loft whose open plan kitchen living area and lounge were tailored to the tastes of the Volvo C30 target market. Carrera race tracks, table football, parcour shows, table tennis games and a molecular kitchen, provided some interaction and symbolised the new challenges facing the dealers.- Customer

This year’s Volvo Partner Conference was set beneath the Spanish sunshine. The 500 participants (rotating over 4 days) had optimal conditions to experience the dynamic test drive of the new Volvo C70. After a short conference and a themed dinner the unveiling of the new Volvo S80 was the high point of the evening. After the event, the public and specialised media gave the following words of praise: "unique location", "amazing production", "stylish party". For the European launch event of the video game Metal Gear Solid 3, inflame developed a comprehensive, scenic and organisationally integrated concept. It was comprised of two main events: The press conference in the Adlon Hotel and the evening launch party. Over 450 representatives from the press, business and showbiz world celebrated well into the night in the towers of the former American monitoring station on Berlin "Teufelsberg" (Devil’s Hill). As well as the amazingly staged location, the party offered the best of Berlin’s club music, with acts and performances by the female martial arts World Champion Chloe Bruce. Veltins Beer and Red Bull beverages, provided much needed energy and refreshment.- Customer
